Revival Gold Inc. currently has interest in three properties:
The Beartrack Project is a former producing gold mine that was the subject of renewed exploration activity in 2012 and 2013. The Project encompasses 3,496 acres (1,415 hectares) and hosts five known mineralized areas within a five-kilometer strike length along the Panther Creek Fault. Mineralization is open to the south-west and at depth. The Project is situated approximately four miles east of Revival’s Arnett Creek Gold Project and will serve as the Company’s base for exploration drill hole core logging and storage for both Beartrack and Arnett Creek. Revival Gold executed an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the project through an earn-in and related stock purchase agreement with Meridian Gold Company, a subsidiary of Yamana Gold Inc.
The Arnett Creek Gold Project
The Arnett Creek Gold Project is an advanced stage exploration project located in Lemhi County, Idaho. The Project encompasses 2,377 hectares (5,874 acres) of unpatented mining claims in a historic mining district. Revival Gold Inc. assembled a 100% interest in the original Arnett Creek land package through agreements to purchase or earn-in to the underlying 95 claims in June 2017. The land package was increased by 195 claims through staking in August 2017.
Diamond Mountain Phosphate Project
The Diamond Mountain Phosphate Project is an advanced stage exploration project consisting of approximately 4,200 hectares of State and Federal claims located in Uintah County, Utah. Revival Gold Inc. acquired a 51% interest in the project through a joint venture earn-in agreement with Utah Minerals LLC in December 2014.
