Tim Warman is a professional geologist and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in exploration, development, and operations. He is currently CEO of Atacama Copper, a Latin America-focused explorer, and previously led Fiore Gold through the successful startup of the Pan Gold Mine and development of the Gold Rock Project in Nevada, culminating in a $151M acquisition by Calibre Mining in 2021.
Mr. Warman has held leadership and board roles with several successful companies, including Continental Gold, Dalradian Resources, Malbex Resources, and Aurelian Resources, where he played a key role in its C$1.2B acquisition by Kinross Gold. He holds an M.Sc. from the University of Manitoba and a B.Sc. from McMaster University and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.
Hugh Agro is the President & CEO of Revival Gold Inc., a growth-focused gold exploration and development company. He co-founded Carbon Arc Capital Investments Inc., a private-equity-backed mining investor, and was Executive VP, Strategic Development at Kinross Gold, overseeing corporate development, global exploration, and commercial activities in Russia.
Previously, he held senior roles at Placer Dome, Senator Capital Partners, and Deutsche Bank’s Global Metals & Mining Group. He serves on the Board of West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. and has held board positions with Victoria Gold, O3 Mining, and Americas Gold & Silver. Additionally, he is a Director of Fort Berens Estate Winery.
Mr. Agro holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from UBC & London Business School.
Mr. Chausse is a proven leader with more than twenty-five years of international finance experience in mining who most recently served as CFO of New Gold Inc. Previously, Mr. Chausse served as CFO of Richmont Mines Inc. until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold Inc. in November 2017, CFO at Stornoway Diamonds (2016) and EVP & CFO of AuRico Gold (2013-15). His experience also includes VP of Finance, Operations and Projects for Kinross Gold (2009-13). He also served as CFO for Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation (2006-09) and held increasingly senior positions with Barrick Gold (1998 to 2006). Mr. Chausse is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University (1990).
Mr. Hubert has over 20 years of senior management experience in the mining sector and is currently CEO and director of InZinc Mining Ltd. In addition, he was CEO of Andean Resources from 2006 to 2010 when it was acquired by Goldcorp for $3.5 billion. At Andean, Mr. Hubert lead the team which increased resources to over five million ounces of gold and completed feasibility studies, financing and permitting prior to the takeover. Before his tenure at Andean, Mr. Hubert held senior management positions at Meridian Gold where he gained considerable experience in finance, exploration, project development, permitting and construction. Mr. Hubert has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town (1985) and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University in Utah (1990).
Ms. Lendon, is a seasoned, internationally-experienced executive and general counsel with over 25 years’ experience in the mining and technology industries gained after initially practicing law with top Bay Street law firms. Ms. Lendon is currently Chief Operating Officer for Greenlane Renewables Inc., having previously served as Chief Legal Officer. Her prior roles in the mining industry include Chief General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Primero Mining Corp. (2012 to 2018) and Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Hudbay Minerals Inc. (2008 to 2011). Ms. Lendon currently serves on the board of Revival Gold Inc. and Kuya Silver Corp. Ms. Lendon is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors – Rotman School of Management Directors Education Program and has served on other not-for-profit and public boards. She holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Laws from University of Western Ontario.
Mr. Pitcher has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Pitcher served as the President and CEO of Ensign Minerals from March 2021 to May 2023. Previously, he was president and CEO of Mirasol Resources and served as the President of Eldorado Gold Corporation from July 2012 until December 2015 following his tenure as Chief Operating Officer of Eldorado Gold Corp., from July 2005 to July 2012. Throughout his career with Eldorado, and others such as, Pan American Silver, H.A. Simons, Ivanhoe Gold and Pioneer Metals, Mr. Pitcher was involved in exploration, evaluation and exploitation of open pit and underground mineral deposits on a world-wide basis. Mr. Pitcher holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Arizona.
Marc Radford brings over 35 years of leadership and operational experience in the mining industry. He most recently served as President & CEO of Argonaut Gold and previously held key roles as COO of Gold Standard Ventures and VP & COO of Hecla Mining, overseeing operations across North America.
His career includes senior positions at Kinross Gold, where he managed Fort Knox and South American operations, and nearly two decades at Barrick Gold, leading projects in Nevada, Chile, and Australia. A second-generation miner, Mr. Radford holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho and an MBA from the University of Alaska. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Idaho and a member of AIME.
