Hugh Agro is the President & CEO of Revival Gold Inc., a growth-focused gold exploration and development company. He co-founded Carbon Arc Capital Investments Inc., a private-equity-backed mining investor, and was Executive VP, Strategic Development at Kinross Gold, overseeing corporate development, global exploration, and commercial activities in Russia.
Previously, he held senior roles at Placer Dome, Senator Capital Partners, and Deutsche Bank’s Global Metals & Mining Group. He serves on the Board of West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. and has held board positions with Victoria Gold, O3 Mining, and Americas Gold & Silver. Additionally, he is a Director of Fort Berens Estate Winery.
Mr. Agro holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from UBC & London Business School.
John Meyer brings 30 years of experience in mine permitting, development, engineering, and closure. He has played key roles in high-profile gold projects across the Americas, including Stibnite (Idaho) and Fruta del Norte (Ecuador).
Mr. Meyer has held senior project management positions with Barrick Gold and Kinross Gold, leading multi-disciplinary teams on international projects. He is a Board Member of the Idaho Mining Association and formerly served as VP, Development at Perpetua Resources.
He holds B.Sc. degrees in Civil Engineering and Geophysics from the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Ross is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 18 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, financial recovery, system implementations, internal controls and treasury in the international gold mining sector. She was the Director of Finance at Kirkland Lake Gold during a period of significant growth that included the integration of a number of recently acquired operations and a listing on the NYSE. Ms. Ross was the Corporate Controller at Banro Corporation for nine years during which Banro completed the financing and development of two operating mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. As founder of her own financial consulting firm, Ms. Ross directed the Operations Finance and Capital group at a mid-tier mining company. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and completed her CPA, CA designation requirements at Ernst & Young LLP in Toronto. Ms. Ross is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Women’s Mining Coalition, a group that advocates for the US mining industry.
Pete Blakeley is an Idaho-based mining professional with over thirty years’ experience including ten years with Meridian Beartrack Co., most recently as Site Manager at the Beartrack Gold Project. Mr. Blakeley also served as Chief Mining Engineer with Andean Resources Ltd., as Senior Advisor of Mining with Rio Tinto OTX in Salt Lake City and in various positions with Phelps Dodge Corporation and Glamis Gold Ltd. Mr. Blakeley has achieved a record of zero safety accidents or incidents and over the course of his career, spanning roles in geology, engineering, operations and reclamation. Mr. Blakeley was a member of the U.S. Army and National Guard and holds a B.Sc. in Geologic Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.
Mr. Pace is a proven exploration leader and data-oriented geologist with a wide breadth of technical experience and a fifteen year track record of project generation and ore deposit discovery. Mr. Pace is based in Salmon, Idaho, and was most recently Principal Geologist with Electra Battery Metals. Previously Mr. Pace served as VP, Exploration, with Orogen Royalties and as Exploration Manager at Renaissance Gold. While at Renaissance, Mr. Pace organized and implemented exploration programs on more than a dozen projects including Carlin, low- and high-sulfidation epithermal, orogenic, porphyry, and carbonate replacement systems. The most successful of these was the 37 South exploration alliance which resulted in the grassroots discovery of the Silicon gold deposit in Nevada. Silicon was subsequently acquired by AngloGold Ashanti and is under development with an estimated endowment of some 6 – 8 million ounces of gold. Mr. Pace holds a BA in Geology from Colby College (2006) and completed a M.Sc. in Economic Geology at the University of Nevada (2009). Mr. Pace is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101.
