Revival Gold offers investors exposure to two high-quality development-stage gold projects in the western United States with:
With the price of gold on the rise, quality new gold mines in low-risk jurisdictions are becoming increasingly rare. The scale and location of Revival Gold’s projects together with their relatively low risk paths to production make Revival Gold a standout investment opportunity among the company’s gold developer peers.
Revival Gold recently completed a Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) on a simple open-pit heap leach mine plan at the Mercur project in Utah. The PEA mine was 95,000 to 105,000 oz of gold per year for 10-years with an after-tax NPV5% of $300 million at $2,175/oz gold rising to a $1.3 billion NPV at $4,000/oz gold. Mine permitting activity is underway and is expected to be completed in about two years.
This is a past producing gold mine with robust infrastructure including access by paved road from Salt Lake City, power and water. The deposit and large regional land holdings at Mercur offer excellent exploration upside.
Revival Gold is growing the Beartrack-Arnett Gold Project, a multi-million-ounce orogenic gold deposit located in Idaho, U.S.A, with ongoing exploration targeting high-grade resource growth. A phased development is planned, with a low-cost open pit heap leach operation followed by a potential underground concentrate operation.
The initial open pit heap leach project is expected to produce 65,300 ounces of gold per year and has an after-tax NPV5% of $226 million and a 43% IRR at $2,175/oz gold, rising to $800 million NPV at $4,000/oz gold. The project benefits from existing infrastructure, including grid power, a heap leach processing plant, and road access. Located near Salmon, Idaho, the project requires no man camp or fly-in staffing. Both Mercur and Beartrack-Arnett have successful operating histories, offering extensive data and operating experience which saves costs and reduces uncertainty and redevelopment risks.
Revival Gold’s leadership team — gold industry veterans with decades of experience in designing, financing, building, and operating gold mines in the western United States and around the world — is committed to success. Management, Board, and Advisors own ~10% of Revival Gold’s outstanding shares, ensuring strong alignment with other investors.
